We had beautiful weather for Heather & Jeremy’s wedding photography. We met them for post ceremony shots at their church in Klein before heading down to Hermann Park for a shoot with just the bride and groom. We rarely have time during a wedding day to go to another location between the wedding ceremony and the reception, but it was such a nice luxury to be able to do just that with Heather and Jeremy! The light was just perfect as we got there shortly before sunset and we got some awesome shots, although we had to work around the other bridal parties and quinceañeras shooting in the area. Everyone definitely had a last at the reception, especially when Heather and Jeremy shoved cake into each other’s faces!

Ruth Ann and Steve had quite an eventful wedding day this past weekend.  Ruth Ann really wanted to get married at Annunciation Catholic Church because her parents were married there almost 40 years ago but the only availability for quite sometime was this halloween!  As with any wedding there were a few hiccups along the day.  One of the bridesmaids was out with the flu, Ruth Ann’s makeup artist never showed up, and one shaggy little ring bearer needed a haircut!  But Ruth Ann rolled with the punches and enjoyed the day anyway!  Mike and I love thoroughly enjoyed photographing this wedding and loved all the natural light that you get during a daytime wedding!  Their reception was at the Forest Club and the weather could not have been more perfect!
